Brew Mood
Listening to music sets my mind at ease and is important of an early morning. I prefer roasting coffee before the sun comes up. Brew a fresh pour over and sit in “my spot” while the roaster heats up. Sometimes I read a book, sometimes I stare at nothing and contemplate life. Now its a Good Morning.
