Unique Processing

Unlike most Brazilian coffees that undergo natural or pulped natural processing, this coffee is fully washed. The cherries are hand-picked at peak ripeness, pulped, and fermented for 12-24 hours before being carefully dried in greenhouses. This meticulous attention to detail ensures consistent quality in every batch.
